We are here not to feed the stomach but to fill the heart and soul It is about the country or the culture; it’s about the state of mind. RAW is a homecoming project initiated by internationally celebrated Chef André Chiang. It is co-chaired by second head chef, Ben Wang. RAW is a pioneer in the “Bistronomy” style cooking from France: serving fine dining quality cuisine at an affordable price in a relaxed setting.
