How do I make a reservation?
A

We only accept reservations from our online system. Please click on "reservation" on the main menu of the RAW website. If your desired date is fully booked, you can fill out the waiting list form via the booking system, or select other available dates.

I’ve already made a reservation, but how do I change the date?
A

After a reservation is completed, it cannot be changed or modified (this includes date, number of guests, dining period, and meals).

If you wish to change your reservation, you must make a new reservation and complete the payment again, and cancel the original reservation. In order to secure your reservation, it is recommended to cancel the original reservation after the new reservation is completed.

How do I cancel the reservation?
A

The last refundable cancellation date is 14 days before the dining date (not including the dining day itself). For cancellations within 14 days of the dining date (including the dining day itself), no refunds will be issued.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please click the "Cancel Reservation" button in the reservation confirmation message, and if applicable a refund will be made to your original credit card 15-25 days after the cancellation.

For cancellations within 14 days of the meal date (including the meal date itself), no refunds will be issued. If there are special circumstances, please send a message to [email protected] or SMS to 0966-730-638. Unless and until our staff has authorized a change, the reservation is still considered current and valid.

How do I adjust the number of guests?
A

Decrease in number:

1. After a reservation is completed, the reservation cannot be changed or modified (this includes date, number of guests, dining period, and meals).

2. If the number of guests is reduced, the minimum consumption for the reservation is the total amount of the reservation menu price (including 10% service charge) multiplied by the total number of guests originally reserved.

Increase in number:

1. After a reservation is completed, the reservation cannot be changed or modified (this includes date, number of guests, dining period, and meals).

2. According to the reservation status on the day of the meal, if the reservation is cancelled, you will be contacted and the additional expenses incurred will be paid on the same day.

Can I bring babies or children?
A

In consideration of the overall dining environment as well as guest safety, reservations for children 10 years old and younger are not accepted. Children over 10 years old are required to order the same course menu as adult guests. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Are there any dress code restrictions?
A

Smart casual dress code is required, sandals are not allowed.

How do I find out about the menu and menu changes?
A

RAW introduces seasonal menus quarterly, which reflect the Chef's ideas and the presentation of each season's theme; each menu is featured for 3-4 months. However, due to many variables, our menu schedule is not fixed. Stay tuned to RAW social media channels or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates.
