RAW’s 7th anniversary: The “Local to Local” collaboration, RAW’s third collaboration with Japan’s Aomori Prefecture

RAW celebrates its seventh anniversary in December 2021. This year marks the third timethat RAW has partnered with Japan’s Aomori Prefecture to host an “Aomori Week” oflimited weekly lunches and dinners. Each year, we introduce Aomori Prefecture to ourfriends in Taiwan from a different perspective. Last year’s event combined art and culturewith Aomori’s local art museums. This year’s theme,”Local to Local”, is inspired by, melds,and innovates on traditional breakfast foods of Taiwan and Aomori. AomoriWeek hasbecome a tradition at RAW and a must-attend event for Taiwanese foodies every year.
