Transition: Discovering connections between seemingly unrelated things. This season ROOM has brought in RAW and Chef Andre to compare common ingredients with a pairing of concocted drinks. There are 14 canapes and seven concocted drinks to excite diners’ taste buds.

In addition to the canape set menu, this collaboration will feature a limited-edition tea wine made with KALoN 005 Moon Ripple Oolong tea. You can smell the elegant tea first, then taste the white flowers and wild ginger flowers. The experience is like walking in the moonlight.
